Q9 strength outcast shield
Shield is q9 strength; armor 16 outcast shield
dual modded -2while enchant +10 vs plants. I know the vs plants is crap but since q9 and perfect dual mods, is this shield worth anything? |

there are collectors for +10vs plants..... (and other +10vs creature)
